We’re hiring a Tech Lead / Founding Engineer to architect and build Reml’s core multi-agent intelligence platform.
This is a systems + ownership role, not feature delivery.
You will:
Build and own a multi-agent AI system for real-world investment workflows
Design agent orchestration, memory, reasoning, and human-in-the-loop interfaces
Translate institutional workflows into scalable intelligence systems
Make foundational technical decisions and later build the engineering team
Clear path to CTO-level ownership for the right person.
Technical
Strong full-stack engineering (staff engineer preferred)
Experience with LLMs and agent-based systems (e.g. LangChain)
Familiar with orchestration, tool calling, structured data, and long-term memory
Comfortable building zero → one
Mindset
Systems thinker with strong product judgment
Curious about real estate, investing, or complex real-world systems
Values data quality, cybersecurity, and accountability
High integrity, candid, and kind
